The majority of time will be spent learning and practicing basic physical self-defense techniques (including basic strikes, kicks, and escapes) against common attacks. If you'd like to follow along with this active seminar, please wear comfortable clothes so you can move! Make sure you have plenty of room and a water bottle or sweat towel handy.
