The majority of time will be spent learning and practicing basic physical self-defense techniques (including basic strikes, kicks, and escapes) against common attacks. Since this is an active seminar with hands-on training, please wear comfortable clothes so you can move! Water bottles, sweat towels, and indoor gym shoes are also encouraged.
